In simple terms, the association management company for your community operates the "business office" for your volunteer board of administration. Flagler Coastal hires and supervises the paid staff of professionals necessary to complete the work required to maintain your community in accordance with your governing documents, the wishes of your Board, and the law.
We possess the specialized knowledge, judgment and managerial skill needed to provide control and disbursement of association funds, prepare periodic budgets and other financial documents, assist in noticing and conducting annual membership and monthly Board meetings, coordinate maintenance and furnish other day-to-day services for our client condominiums, cooperatives, timeshares and mandatory home owners associations.
Community association management is a regulated profession licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Unless a licensed manager (CAM) is qualified and authorized to do so, they do not provide legal advice, tax or accounting advice, engineering advice nor do they advise on structural matters.
Flagler Coastal Community Management strives to build and maintain cooperative relationships with the attorneys, accountants, engineers and other professionals retained by the associations we manage.
