POLICY MATTERS: Making safety and security our #1 PRIORITY
Building neighborhoods that are safe and secure requires more than an entry gate.
Flagler Coastal has developed a collection of specific security initiatives that
provide our residents peace of mind.
We are responsible for maintaining and updating community association records that
identify the owners and their tenants in the communities that we serve. We utilize
proven, reliable methods for matching that information to the processes utilized in
granting and controlling access to common amenities such as your association pool,
recreational facilities or fitness center.
We work with private security and alarm monitoring companies who provide services
in our neighborhoods and we will coordinate non-emergency programs with law
enforcement and public safety agencies.
We will screen and approve all vendors who work at our properties to verify that
they are properly licensed and insured and verify the background and credentials
of any employees that are assigned to work "on-site" at your community.
Flagler Coastal Community Management maintains a "Drug Free" workplace and
all of our employees are subject to random drug testing while at work.
At the request of the governing board of your association, we will coordinate the
establishment and promotion of neighborhood programs such as Crime Watch
and other citizen's safety and awareness projects. We can provide support to
your Security Issues Committee, or, help you establish one, to facilitate better
communications between residents and your local authorities on subjects such
as hurricane preparedness, evacuation procedures, and missing children.
We can help coordinate and obtain speakers for monthly community events
and assist you to be better informed about identity theft, elder abuse, fraud,
financial scams and other up-to-the-minute security related topics.
