proof of license, certification, and adequate comprehensive, liability and
workers compensation insurance, if applicable.

We closely evaluate the quality of our pool and spa service vendors after
every visit to ensure that they continue to meet our standards for excellence.

We inspect and record the chemical levels in all pool and spa facilities every
morning, and, if special treatments are required, we will alert the pool
technician and our residents immediately in order to protect them against
contracting any recreational water illnesses.

We insist that our janitorial vendors clean and sanitize all community
restrooms including the completion of a 5 point check for toiletry supplies,
hand soap, paper towels, toilet tissue and air freshener.

We can help you develop a set of approved "Pool Rules" and if we are
providing "on-site" management, we will assist you to enforce compliance
for the safety and enjoyment of everyone using the amenities.
