Communications is an essential component of the Flagler Coastal Community Management plan. We have gathered some of the most talented people in the field to serve as communications advisors for our managed properties.

“Keeping you in the loop” is not merely a communications catch phrase at Flagler Coastal. It is a central section on the front page of our Internet website. We have designed a host of digital media tools to aid the members of our communities in their efforts to stay informed.

We can assist our associations in the design and hosting of their own Internet communities. Among other popular features, we can provide an “opt in” e-mail notification service, interactive community discussion forum and access to a central community event calendar.

Flagler Coastal serves as the communications hub for your association. We will keep your volunteer boards and committees up to date on activities that affect the community and provide support for their specific communications needs. We will produce and post the agenda for meetings and distribute candidate and election materials for your annual meeting.

We also provide support for printed media in communities that publish and distribute periodic newsletters and flyers. We have graphics design resources available to assist you in the production of eye catching informational brochures, graphic presentations and committee reports.

We provide media support for guest speakers and seminars presented by your community. We can copy and compile literature for distribution to program participants and produce Microsoft Powerpoint presentations for use in your neighborhood activities.

Flagler Coastal provides media coordination in the promotion of all association sponsored events and special functions. We can manage press releases and media logistics through our established television, radio and news points of contact.
