We have mapped out the most crucial and essential objectives for managed communities, and, based on priorities established by your board, we will put your customized strategic plan into action to achieve those objectives.

One of our initiatives addresses building safer communities for our kids. The Child Safety Initiative is incorporated into the strategic plan of all of our communities. By increasing community awareness and education through sponsorship of Neighborhood Watch programs and resident seminars, Flagler Coastal is taking the lead in protecting our residents.

Another example objective is the maintenance of pool facilities that sparkle. Our Pools and Spas Initiative holds standards in the industry that are second to none. Florida pools and spas require the highest caliber of attention to keep their clean, healthy and sparkling appearance. Flagler Coastal oversees every detail daily so that all you have to do is relax and enjoy.

Flagler Coastal initiatives encourage an integrated approach to problem solving leading to early identification of needs, improved communication between service providers and management, greater public awareness and accountability, opportunity for information sharing on best practices and overall improved efficiency in service delivery.

Once the relevant programs for your community are in place and operational, we will instruct the residents on the proper use and requirements of each. We will enlist the assistance of neighborhood committees to aid in evaluating the success of your initiatives and we will present that information in the manager’s report to the board at their regular meetings.
